By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, as well as all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

 
2. Purpose of the Platform
Ratlamee.com is an information-sharing service designed to:
Allow businesses and individuals to create listings.
Provide a database of local businesses and services accessible to the public.
Facilitate connections between service seekers and service providers.
Ratlamee.com is not a party to any transaction between businesses and customers.

 
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian to use this Platform.
You must comply with all applicable Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

 
4. User Responsibilities
When creating a listing or using the Website, you agree that:
All details you provide (name, address, phone number, services, etc.) are true, accurate, and lawful.
You will not upload or distribute unlawful, defamatory, obscene, offensive, or misleading content.
You will update your details regularly to keep them accurate.
You will not impersonate another business or individual.
You will not use the Platform to promote prohibited, dangerous, or illegal services.
Violation of these responsibilities may result in the suspension or deletion of your account without refund.

 
5. Data Collection and Public Sources
Ratlamee.com may collect data directly from users or from publicly available sources (e.g., hospitals, schools, public institutions).
While we attempt to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee completeness or correctness.
If you believe your details should not appear on our Platform, please contact support@ratlamee.com and we will take corrective action after verification.
If any copyrighted or proprietary content appears unintentionally, we will remove it upon notification.
6. Business Listings & Transactions
Ratlamee.com only provides an online directory.
We do not guarantee leads, sales, revenue, or results from listings.
We do not endorse or verify every listing. Users are advised to conduct independent verification before entering into transactions.
Ratlamee.com is not liable for disputes, damages, losses, fraud, or misrepresentation between buyers and sellers.
7. Subscription Plans, Payments, and Cancellations
Premium listing plans may be purchased through subscription.
All fees paid are final and non-refundable, regardless of usage or removal.
If a listing is removed due to violations of these Terms, no refund will be processed.
Ratlamee.com reserves the right to change pricing, plans, or features without prior notice.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content (design, branding, graphics, UI, code) is the property of Ratlamee.com.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
Business owners retain ownership of their submitted content but grant Ratlamee.com a non-exclusive license to publish and display it.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Ratlamee.com shall not be responsible for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, resulting from the use or inability to use the Website.
We disclaim liability for errors, omissions, inaccuracies, data loss, interruptions, malware, or third-party actions.

10. Termination of Services
Ratlamee.com may suspend or permanently terminate any user’s access if found violating these Terms.

Termination does not entitle the user to a refund.

Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh.
